With the rain upon us, we had to make some decisions about Player Evaluations this weekend. We changed the location to Sacred Heart School, which has a turf baseball field allowing us to reformat evals to a 1-day event rain or shine, giving Majors, PCL & Minors divisions (2) time slots to choose from. Your child will only need to attend ONE session for their division. Machine Pitch will remain at 9am, with only one session from 9am-11am.
Please make EVERY effort to attend. We will allow some make-up evaluations on January 27th as part of the clinic on that day with notice. If you cannot attend, please email [email protected] to let us know.
Attending Player Evaluations is an important part of how we strive to create balanced teams and make sure kids are in the right division to set them up for success. It's important for players to attend.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to get checked in and warm up. Parents are asked to stay and attend a meeting hosted by their division commissioner to answer questions and set expectations for the season. We will also have a PCA Trainer providing Parent Talks throughout the day.
