BASEBALL & SOFTBALL PLAYER EVALUATIONS
Evaluations are required for all players seeking placement in Machine Pitch, Minors (Baseball & Softball), PCL and Majors (Baseball & Softball).
Evaluations will take place rain or shine. The Sacred Heart Baseball Field is turf and usable regardless of weather.

Date: Saturday, January 24
To help balance groups, players with last names A–M should attend the morning sessions, and players with last names N–Z should attend the afternoon sessions.
Evaluation Schedule
Morning Sessions (Last Names A–M)
9:00–10:00 AM – Majors
10:00–11:00 AM – Machine Pitch & Softball Minors
11:00–12:00 PM – PCL & Softball Majors
12:00–1:00 PM – Minors
Afternoon Sessions (Last Names N–Z)
1:00–1:45 PM – Majors
1:45–2:30 PM – Machine Pitch & Softball Minors
2:30–3:15 PM – PCL & Softball Majors
3:15–4:00 PM – Minors
Please arrive 30 minutes early to warm up. Parents are asked to remain on-site and attend a brief meeting hosted by the Division Commissioner to review expectations and answer questions.
Evaluations are a mandatory part of our process to create fair, balanced teams and to ensure player safety. There will be no make-up evaluations.
If you need to switch time slots on January 24 due to a conflict, that is fine.
